Substance Use Therapy is a private, judgment-free space to untangle how alcohol or drug use is affecting your life and to create a recovery plan that feels realistic for you. We understand that substance use is often tied to pain, stress, or trauma, so we address both the behavior and what sits underneath it.
In individual sessions, we identify triggers, build relapse-prevention strategies, and strengthen the supports you need at home, work, and in your relationships. Therapy may include craving management tools, safer coping skills, and planning for high-risk situations, along with support in reconnecting with parenting, employment, or school goals.
For many clients, we also coordinate with case management, support groups, or medication providers so you are not trying to recover in isolation. Whether you are taking your first step toward sobriety or rebuilding after a relapse, we walk beside you, helping you move from crisis toward a more stable, hopeful future.
Share your needs and questions, and our team will respond promptly to explore support options together with you.
