Through Budgeting and Money Management sessions, we sit down with you to look at income, expenses, and goals without shame. We create a realistic budget, discuss ways to manage debt, plan for irregular bills, and explore resources that may stretch your dollars further. We also build life skills such as planning ahead, organizing paperwork, and communicating about money with partners or family.


Often, this work is combined with therapy and case management so that as your financial life stabilizes, your emotional health and family relationships strengthen as well. Over time, clients describe feeling less overwhelmed and more capable of shaping their own future.
